Transitions: Breathwork for Change & Uncertainty [2/3)

Still, 2020 has been a year of change on epic proportions and the uncertainty shows no signs of letting up anytime soon. This fall is the perfect time to join Mallory Combemale and the Breath Connection community on the path of radical self-empowerment through breath. Become more resilient, fearless and graceful as you navigate the changing currents of life. 

In this 6-hr virtual course composed of three 2-hr sessions you will:

  • Learn a wide variety of breath techniques to stabilize and transform the responses of your nervous system 

  • Understand concepts from yoga philosophy, physiology and neuroscience that explain the sources of fear, anxiety and uncertainty

  • Explore and overcome the deeper roots of your discomfort or stress around transitions and ambiguity

  • Integrate powerful breath practices into your daily life 

  • Connect with a small, intimate and committed group 

Sessions will take place weekly on Sundays 9/27, 10/4, and 10/11 at 10:30am - 12:30pm EST and will include: 

  • 45min group breathwork practice 

  • Discussion of core concepts at the intersection of yoga philosophy and science 

  • Facilitated exercises for individual self-inquiry and small group dialogue 

  • PDF to support integration of what you learn, including:

1. Key information from the session 

2. 10min daily breath practice for that week

3. Reflection questions
