The world of events has changed.
BREATH + CONNECTION = MAGIC
Now that remote work is the norm, bringing people together in person is one of the biggest investments you can make.
A room of people sitting still, listening to one person talk, is no longer enough. People want something they can't get on a screen.
A Breath Connection experience is one way to supercharge your conference, summit, team off-site or company retreat with that palpable sense of inspiration, energy and belonging. You know it when you feel it, and it leaves people and organizations changed.
In 60 to 90 minutes, a room of scattered, screen-and-travel-fatigued strangers is alchemized into a community that is present, awake, and genuinely connected: to themselves, to each other, and to the core theme of your event.
When people breathe and move together, their heart rates and nervous systems begin to synchronize. It's biologically measurable, and it creates a felt sense of belonging that no cheesy icebreaker can manufacture.
Connection is the #1 reason people come back, and the thing most corporate events do worst.
51%
say successful networking is what makes them want to return; it is the single strongest driver of re-attendance.
Freeman Trends Report, 2025
31%
find networking awkward.
Another 34% find it too salesy, and 25% don't know how to start a conversation.
Freeman Trends Report, 2025
96%
of organizers have no one who owns networking, so connection defaults to unstructured free time.
Freeman Trends Report, 2025
Nearly half of attendees say meeting new people and bonding with their team is a primary reason they show up (Hilton, 2026). But left to unstructured free time, most folks cluster with the people they already know, and others are left on the sidelines.
Physical engagement and wellbeing is not an extra. It defines the success of your event.
67% of attendees report feeling less engaged when an agenda doesn't build in real restoration (Hilton, 2026)
Learning that engages the body and more than one sense produces measurably better recall than the same material delivered through only words and visuals. (Shams & Seitz, Trends in Cognitive Sciences, 2008)
Leading event planners are now "Designing for Joy" i.e., treating emotional outcomes like passion, awe and excitement as real KPIs. (IMEX, 2026 Trends)
Four key elements of our experiences
THE BREATH CONNECTION EXPERIENCE
We work with you to co-create an embodied experience that inspires people to arrive present, truly connect, and feel the purpose of your gathering.
Breath & Embodiment
Breath and movement practices that shake off the anxiety and fatigue of travel and screens, helping people arrive fully present and energized.
Your theme or key takeaway delivered through an embodied experience, so it actually lands in the hearts of your people in a way they remember years from now.
Your Message
Connection
Structured, meaningful reflection to help attendees meet strangers and form real relationships.
Live Music
An immersive, unforgettable atmosphere that engages all the senses.
Your group will walk away with:
THE RESULTS
Breath practices they can take home and integrate into their daily life
Closer connections with others and a deeper sense of belonging
Inspiration and genuine energy for the rest of the event
An understanding the human nervous system and how to use breath to meet stress and intense situations with greater ease
Every element is custom-designed for your event.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We design to your theme, your industry, your culture, and the purpose of the event. We use language that will resonate with your people and set them up for exactly what you hope them to experience.
We build practice variations so total beginners and experienced practitioners are equally met, and we adapt to the space you have: fully seated and fully standing options, no mats, no changing clothes, no downward dog.
Whether it's forty people in a hotel ballroom or a thousand in a theater, we meet every audience where they are.
Choose the moment you want to transform.
YOUR FORMAT
Open your event by helping everyone arrive fully present. A powerful shared arrival that sets the tone, names the intention, and turns an audience into a community from the get-go.
Opening Ceremony
A full keynote slot, delivered as an embodied experience rather than a talk. A theme of your choice becomes unforgettable.
Keynote Experience
A deeper, smaller-group session with more room for reflection, dialogue, and practices people can take home.
Breakout or Workshop
A closing that helps people consolidate what they learned, name what they're taking with them, and leave connected rather than scattered.
Closing Integration
Full Retreat Design & Facilitation

Yes! That's the whole point of it.
Send me the theme, the keynote abstracts, anything you've written for attendees, and the core message you want people to leave with. We will weave it in seamlessly.
-
One 60 minute design call, your run of show, and an honest conversation about your people and culture, including any challenging dynamics or issues you anticipate.
The more open and upfront you can be, the better we can design and facilitate something that truly serves your community and the experience you are creating for them.
-
Yes, with the normal care any physical practice or gentle movement requires.
The practices we offer are mostly from the Himalayan kriya yoga tradition and involve specific breath patterns paired with simple movements. The practices are selected to be appropriate for your group.
We give clear guidance at the beginning of any event about modifying or resting, and specific guidance for anyone pregnant or managing a health condition. Attendees are always invited to listen to their own body and limits, to take breaks and rest when needed, and be actively engaged in choosing the level of participation that feels right for them.
This is not holotropic or shamanic breathwork, which can be very emotionally intense and not appropriate for a professional environment.

60–90 minutes in-person with live music is the standard format.
Groups range from intimate gatherings to conferences, festivals and summits with 1,000+ attendees.
We also partner on the full design and facilitation of retreats and off-sites for select clients.

We love meeting people where they are at and talking in a language that resonates for them. We excel at engaging rooms full of executives, engineers, and skeptics — the kind of people who wouldn't necessarily choose to sign up for a wellness retreat.
If you've got a particular culture to navigate, let us know and we'll adapt the language and the experience to suit your people.
And if your community is down, we can also turn up the "woo" factor to the level you desire :)
For most groups, we keep the language clear, accessible, and grounded in nervous system science and cultural context. The practices are simple enough for anyone to do, including total beginners who have no prior experience with yoga, breathwork or meditation.
What people tend to notice is the impact of the experience on the room: people are more awake, more engaged and more open to talking to each other.
-
Not unless you ask for it!
Our experiences require no mats, no yoga poses, no special clothing.
It’s an accessible format that anyone can jump into wearing whatever they wore to your event.
Our goal is to help people feel more comfortable and settled in themselves and the group.
-
Very little. A space that fits your group, a hands-free mic for me, and a sound system. If we're bringing live music we'll need a bit of floor space, an additional mic with mic stand and a sound check.
We coordinate directly with your AV team or venue contact to make it easy for you. We can work with any type of space set-up: from an empty room to amphitheater seating and everything in between.

We primarily work in New York City and the Hudson Valley, but are open to travel anywhere in the world for the right event.
Travel and accommodation are quoted separately from the experience fee.
