Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to connect with your body and community with free form expressive dance. We will be honoring the container of the space, which includes:

✨ limiting conversation on the dance floor, this keeps the energy flowing (there will be a designated space and time to chat💖)

✨ we invite you to explore the shoe-less experience of dancing barefoot on the Earth👣

✨this is a substance free event

✨this is a judgement free dance journey, feel free to express yourself!
