What is resonance?

From the latin 'resonare' meaning to reverberate, or vibrate.

Resonance is the echo of connection; 
the way our eyes meet and reflect each other
the way our hearts sync to the rhythm of a shared beat,
the way our voices rise together in song, our bodies unite in dance 
and our stories ripple outward, touching lives beyond our own. 

At Resonance Gathering, practices that cultivate harmony—breath-work, movement, dance, song, storytelling, circle-work, shared meals, and healing arts—are woven together into an intimate micro-festival. 

This month’s gathering centers on reconnection—in a world where disconnection is not only common but incentivized. Here, we return—to our breath, our bodies, and our community. This season, we gather in a special underground portal in a private residence in Bushwick, enriched with two new elements: an infrared sauna and a jacuzzi, inviting deeper relaxation and integration.

A special Conflict Transformation Workshop, led by Inheritance Project, awaits all who arrive by 4:30 PM ET. This offering is a deep listening and peace-making process, a guide to meeting the moment with grace—transforming tension into understanding, division into unity, and challenges into opportunities for love.
