In the Chinese astrological system 2026 is a yang fire horse year, carrying powerful, untamed energy. A year of momentum, big risks and bold moves. A profound contrast to the yin, inward energy of last year.
While this may feel like a welcome change for some, this energy of this year has its own shadows. Fire uncontained, burns. And a horse untethered, can trample you. This year is ripe for both greatness and chaos.
In times like these, we don’t need another “new year, new you” self-improvement program.
We don’t need to do more, fix ourselves or become someone new.
We simply need quiet space to connect with the wisdom, courage and presence that already live within us - and the community to do it alongside.

The Practice: 20 Minutes A Day. For 21 Days.
Each day you'll practice a 20-minute breathwork practice set rooted in the Himalayan kriya yoga tradition — designed to strengthen your nervous system, ground your energy, and expand your capacity to meet intensity without collapsing or numbing out.
Your breath becomes an anchor inside your own body: a place to return when fear arises, when decisions feel heavy, or when life feels like too much. With 21 days of practice, you'll learn how to stay present inside the chaos instead of escaping it.

Plus, once you learn this system, you can apply these tools to any other new habit in the future.

No. While morning is ideal, the most important thing is consistency. Early afternoon and evening work too. You'll get support to create a personalized practice plan and adjust as you learn what works best for your body and life.

This specific 20 minute practice works as a complete set. This duration is meaningful for nervous system regulation and offering a tangible shift in your state. That said, shorter grounding practices are also shared as additional tools throughout the program.

We hear this most often from the people who benefit most. This practice isn't one more thing — it's giving yourself space to make everything else more manageable. Most participants say doing the practice ends up giving them back more bandwidth, not less.

No problem. The only certainty in life is change.
The practice travels with you. All you need is your body and 20 minutes. All recordings and content is accessible on the mobile app.

One of the things we love about breathwork practice is that you don't need to buy any fancy equipment. All you need is yourself and your lungs.
You’'ll do this year’s 20min practice seated. You can do the practice sitting up on a chair, bench or stool with your feet on the floor, or sitting cross-legged on the floor or a cushion,.
We do recommend dedicating a particular place in your living space for your practice. It doesn't have to be anything intense - simply the same chair in the same corner of the same room will work. Practicing in a consistent physical environment can help you create and maintain a new habit consistently. During the program, you’ll be given comprehensive guidance on how to create a supportive practice space in your home. -
Everything will be recorded and accessible on the mobile app, including the community chat for support.
We highly encourage you to attend live if you can, but it’s not required. -
You’re welcome and encouraged to join every year!
The structure of the program will be quite similar to last year with a few important differences and upgrades:
The practice will be different - you’ll learn 3-4 new techniques to add to your toolkit that will be particularly helpful to meet the energy of 2026
We’ve upgraded our online learning platform to Sutra, which offers a better and more integrated community experience - all content and chats will be on the Sutra app, no more Whatsapp chats.
The weekly live sessions are slightly longer to make more space for community connection
The resource library has new rituals and resources to support your journey
Each group is unique and we’ll also be tailoring the content and experience to the needs of the individuals in this group.

About Your Guide
👋 Hi, I’m Mallory
The last few years have rocked me to my core.
I had to close the business I shared with my partner and best friend and imagine an entirely new life for myself. I was floored by long COVID, chronic illness and fatigue that stripped away my sense of certainty and control.
I am emerging from these fires devoted — not to doing more — but to growing deeper roots and returning again and again to the practices that have sustained me throughout my entire adult life.
My spiritual journey began when I wandered into a Bikram Yoga class at the age of 19, and was shed tears for the first time in almost a decade. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to yoga, Vedic philosophy, Buddhist meditation, Taoism and Reiki.
In 2019, I travelled to India to study Himalayan kriya yoga and breathwork in the lineage of Babaji. I’m honored to share this ancient wisdom alongside my studies of the science of the nervous system and best practices in behavior change from my former career as a Deloitte strategy consultant.
Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked with countless individuals, organizations, conferences and festivals to ignite the power of breath and connection, and have watched miracles unfold before my eyes.
I’ve seen these practices help people reclaim their health and vitality, come off meds, make big career moves and heal their relationships with their partners and family members. They have carried me beyond addiction, burnout, illness and grief, back to myself.
I couldn’t think of a better way to meet this new year than practicing alongside you.
