Breath Connection
Community Class
A sacred pause to reconnect, replenish and remember.
Join us every Wednesday to come home to your breath and carry greater clarity, energy and joy into the rest of your week.
Open to all. Free to join. Option to donate after class.
In a world that asks us to do more, faster, it’s easy to forget to breathe.
This weekly gathering is your invitation to slow down—not to escape life, but to meet it with more presence and grace.
This a sacred practice of reconnection and remembrance.
We breathe to connect not only with ourselves, but to each other, to the Earth and to something so much greater.
We breathe to remember our home within, to open our hearts and to rediscover our purpose.
Your breath has the power to lift away any loneliness, depression, anxiety and isolation with the blessing of true connection.
Your breath can nourish the very bones of your soul and weave you back into wholeness.
Welcome home. We are so glad you’re here!
May you find exactly what you need here - may it support your journey, for the greatest good of all.
With love, Mallory 💜

Want to resource yourself so you can bring more power and compassion to your work, family and community
Feel isolated or lonely and want to cultivate a feeling of ease and home within yourself

“I was hesitant to join a class on Zoom, but was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the level of genuine connection that Mallory created in the virtual space. The practices are also deep and will definitely shift your state.”
What to Expect
Each 45min class is intentionally designed for depth, richness and integration and follows this format:

🌬️ Guided Practice (30min) - breath and movement techniques to cultivate presence, power and balance
💫 Reflection in Community (10min) - a space to land, integrate, and share perspectives with one another
You’ll leave feeling grounded, energized, connected and ready for the rest of your week.
A Letter from Your Guide
👋 Hi, I’m Mallory Combemale
When I returned from a 4-month immersion in India in 2019, I knew I couldn't go back to teaching in New York City yoga studios.
I was so disillusioned by the transactional, anonymous atmosphere. People would rush in, barely acknowledge those around them, and power through practice with hardly any context as to what we were doing or why.
My most profoundly transformative experiences have been in Asian spiritual centers where we didn't just practice together - we cooked together, sang together, cleaned the floors together. We fed the local community, made daily offerings to nature and looked out for one another. In these places I was embedded in a web of connection, ritual and reciprocity that was deeply nourishing.
Breath Connection was born to bring the authentic heart of Eastern spiritual practice into modern Western life. To reconnect us not just to ourselves, but to each other, to the Earth and to something greater.
Breath Connection is a reclamation. A remembering that these sacred practices are not a commodity: something we can buy, attend, or consume to feel better whenever we feel like it.
I've come to see practice as a living relationship, one that requires regular tending. A relationship not only with yourself, but with the entire ecosystem you are embedded within - with the plants, the animals, the land teeming with life - with your ancestors, and with the greater mystery that holds us all.
When we are in relationship, we don't feel as isolated, anxious or depressed. We are nourished. We feel met and carry a feeling of home inside us wherever we walk.
That's the feeling I hope this space can offer you. I hope it becomes a place where we not only breathe and meditate together, but in time also sing, dance, share food, exchange stories, and nurture friendships.
It's a wild experiment and I acknowledge that there's so much I don't yet know. I know that this space and my role will need to evolve and change, and I am so grateful for your ideas and insights about how I can better serve you and the world.
Thank you for keeping me accountable, breathing with me and being part of this (r)evolution alongside me.
My prayer for you: may your path home be lit with the light of one thousand stars. May you find a home within yourself that is a refuge of gentleness, nourishment and peace. May the true light of your soul shine out for the benefit of all beings 💜
With love,
Mallory
