What is resonance?

From the latin 'resonare' meaning to reverberate, or vibrate.

Resonance is the echo of connection; when our eyes meet, our hearts sync to the beat, our voices sing in harmony, our bodies unite in dance and our stories are shared in ceremony. 

Our gathering weaves together practices that inspire resonance: breath-work, movement, dance, song, story, food, healing arts and more into a 6-hour community micro-festival. 

Through our offerings we nourish the community and catalyze all towards deeper connection. By intertwining our gifts, the tapestry of our impact expands in all directions. 

This month's gathering will honor the equinox, the returning of the Sun and the energy of renewal. The Earth's clock turns and nature resonates its the budding blooms and sweet promise of Summer.

Catalyst is produced by a female-led queer team, and our mission is to create safe spaces for all humans to become catalysts for one another's transformation, joy and collective expansion.
