About Your Facilitator
Mallory is a Singaporean-Chinese-French-American who has 10+ years facilitation experience with groups ranging from the C-Suite of Fortune 100 companies to start-up founders, non-profits and government agencies.
As a co-founder of the Inheritance Project she facilitates challenging conversations about identity, diversity, inclusion and culture with some of the world’s top companies and organizations.
In her prior role as an executive strategy facilitator at the Deloitte Greenhouse, she pioneered the use of breath and meditation techniques for creative problem solving and group collaboration.
She is a grateful student and teacher of the Himalayan yoga tradition (RYT500, Sattva Yoga Academy) and has studied the science of breath and the nervous system at the Nalanda Institute in NYC.
With her multicultural background and wide-ranging experience, Mallory can easily connect with groups from all industries and levels, and has a talent for making the science and practice of breath relevant to professionals in any role.
